Our refund policy is as follow full or partial refund on products that arrive defective if notify within 2 days of delivery. You must contact us first to secure a RMA number and return address before returning an item.We charge a small 15% restocking fee on all orders to cover the shipping and handling of processing and shipping the item.
Some items are non-refundable because of the nature of the product and would be label as such in our listing.
